A portfolio and contact site for our cleaning, detailing, and restoration services. Information here is provided to help you understand what we do and request a quote. It is not a contract.

Quotes and pricing

Any prices, ranges, or estimates mentioned on the site or by phone are starting points. Final pricing depends on an in-person assessment of the job. We don't guarantee a quote until we've seen the work.

Service area and scheduling

We serve Hot Springs and the surrounding Black Hills region. Mobile service availability and scheduling are subject to weather, equipment, and current bookings. We'll communicate honestly about what we can do and when.

Workmanship

We stand by our work. If you're not happy with a job we did, call us and we'll make it right. This guarantee covers what we cleaned or treated, not pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions outside our control.

Photos and content

Photos, text, logos, and case studies on this site belong to Black Hills Carpet & Upholstery Care. Don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Customer photos used in our gallery are shared with permission.

If you see a customer photo or review and want it removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

Reviews

Reviews shown on the site are real customer reviews, used with permission or pulled from public sources like Facebook. We don't edit them for content, just for length or formatting.
